We collect information you provide directly: your name, work email, company, and any details you share when you book an audit or subscribe to the newsletter. We also collect limited analytics data such as pages visited, referrer, and device type to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to audit requests, deliver newsletter content you have opted into, and improve the site. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure site traffic. Cookies are used only for essential functionality such as session state and optional analytics. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

4. Email

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email with our email service provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will remove your address within 48 hours.

5. Data retention

We retain audit request data for as long as needed to serve the engagement, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@revclub.co.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@revclub.co.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures including encrypted transport, limited internal access, and vendor due diligence.

8. Third parties

We use a small number of vetted vendors including an email service provider, analytics tools, and a CRM to operate the site and engagements. Each is contractually obligated to handle your data consistently with this policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any material changes to this page and update the last updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
